- Vehicle listings contain Key Run Drive information. If the vehicle is listed as: "RUNS: YES", it indicates the engine turned on. If the vehicle is listed as "DRIVES: YES", it indicates the vehicle moved forward and backwards 1 to 2 feet at the time of testing. These listing features are intended to assist the buyer in narrowing their search. The seller makes no guarantees as to the current or future functionality of any vehicle. Buyers are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled preview.

- Due to space constraints, the number of tow trucks or trailers allowed in the lot may be limited. Buyers are strongly encouraged to schedule a pickup reservation once the auction concludes.
- All auctions have a soft close. If a bid is placed within the final 1-2 minutes of a lot closing, the lot end time will be extended by 1-2 minutes.
