PLEASE NOTE: ALL VEHICLES LISTED AS RUNS AND DRIVES, ARE STARTED, DRIVEN FORWARD AND REVERSED APPROXIMATELY ONE FOOT. PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE RUNABILITY AND DRIVABILITY OF THESE VEHICLES HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED OUTSIDE THE AUCTION LOT. VEHICLES ARE PURCHASES AS IS.

If vehicles are not picked up by the end of business day Wednesday, Sept 10th  2025 at  4pm, a storage fee of $25.00 per day per vehicle will be charged and will need to be paid via cash only at the Elite office at the time of picking up the vehicle. 

If vehicles are not paid for in full by the end of Business day Wednesday, Sept 10th  2025 at  4pm, a late payment fee of $25.00 per vehicle will be charged. 

All fees will need to be paid via cash only at the Elite office at the time of picking up vehicle.

If you ask that the vehicle/vehicles you purchase to be moved out of the lot so it can be picked up later that day, and the vehicle/vehicles are not picked up by 4:30 PM that business day, September 10th, 2025  the vehicle/vehicles will be moved back into the lot and will be subject to storage fee of $25.00 per vehicle.
