ELITE TOWING & RECOVERY is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Portland metropolitan area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds.
A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE. IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle.
CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000. IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.

If vehicles are not picked up by the end of business day Wednesday, 17th 2025 at 4pm, a storage fee of $25.00 per day per vehicle will be charged and will need to be paid via cash only at the Elite office at the time of picking up the vehicle.
If vehicles are not paid for in full by the end of Business day Wednesday, 17th 2025 at 4pm, a late payment fee of $25.00 per vehicle will be charged.
