ELITE TOWING & RECOVERY is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Portand metropolitan area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds.

"Our staff does their best to ensure the accuracy of the vehicles and the vehicle's descriptions. This includes the condition, mileage, and condition of the catalytic converter. Our preview days are for you to come and look over the vehicle in person to verify the condition of the vehicle that you are bidding on. Elite Towing will not be responsible for any mistakes made in the listing of the vehicle.”

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

There will be a 14% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
