ELITE TOWING & RECOVERY is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Portland metropolitan area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds.
A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE. IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle.
CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000. IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
ALL PAPEREWORK WILL BE DONE UNDER THE NAME LISTED IN THE ACCOUNT UNLESS BUYER CONTACTS ELITE TOWING & RECOVERY AT (503) 724-5305
VEHICLE PREVIEW: Tuesday 12/17 and Wednesday 12/18 between 9AM and 3PM PT
Lots will begin to close Friday 12/20 at 3PM PT
VEHICLE PICKUP: Monday 12/23 and Tuesday 12/24 between 10AM and 4PM

If vehicles are not picked up by the end of business day Tuesday, December 24, 2024, a storage fee of $25.00 per day per vehicle will be charged and will need to be paid via cash only at the Elite office at the time of picking up the vehicle.
If vehicles are not paid for in full by the end of Business day Tuesday, Dec 24, 2024, a late payment fee of $25.00 per vehicle will be charged.
All fees will need to be paid via cash only at the Elite office at the time of picking up vehicle.
If you ask that the vehicle/vehicles you purchase to be moved out of the lot so it can be picked up later that day, and the vehicle/vehicles are not picked up by 4:30 PM that business day, the vehicle/vehicles will be moved back into the lot and will be subject to storage fee of $25.00 per vehicle.
